Arrival and departure
Our guests are free to arrive any time between 2 pm and 8 pm, and the room can be used up to 10 am on the day of departure.
On arrival, our guests are treated to a small, complementary seasonal refreshment, such as fruit or a soft drink, in the entrance area.
We are happy to store our guests’ luggage.
Depending on availability, we offer our guests the opportunity of keeping the room until later in the day (charges may apply).
We are happy to provide our guests with traffic and weather information on their day of departure.

A welcoming gift awaits our guests in their room.
A water jug and glasses are available for our guests in their room, and we point out the excellent quality of our region’s drinking water.
We are happy to provide our guests with additional soft blankets and pillows.

We are at our guests’ disposal for at least 2 hours every day.
We offer no less than 5 different games for our guests’ use (board games, card games etc.).
Complementary fresh fruit is always available for our guests in the entrance area.
We are happy to offer our guests regional information with regard to eating out, culture, sport, travel route suggestions, opening times, important telephone numbers, places of interest in the region etc. (up-to-date information brochure, individual advice, insider tips and a bulletin board).
Daily weather information is available for our guests.
Up-to-date public transport timetables are on display for our guests along with information about the Mobilcard.
Breakfast – for B&B establishments
We provide our guests with a breakfast of fresh local products, including Speck Alto Adige PGI (this criterion only applies to accommodation with breakfast service)..

We consistently adhere to all regulations as regards sorting and recycling waste.
